  • Job Description

    This position will be responsible for the coordination, administration, and direction of table games operations. The strategic vision for the division and provide leadership and planning for budgets, revenue management, guest service and all hotel staffing.

    Job Focus

    Focus is on, but not limited to the following:


    • Plans and establishes operational goals, marketing strategies, and budgets to support revenue and increase profit margins
    • Maintains game protection through the education of the leadership team and dealers
    • Works with other members of the executive team to ensure the guest experience is seamless
    • Ensures high level of guest service, revenue generation, and cost control by effective and efficient scheduling of shifts
    • Focuses on the development and implementation of our number one priority, guest experience
    • Maintains knowledge and application of all written/internal controls and procedures within the department and casino
    • Ensures compliance with all Nevada State Gaming rules, regulations and requirements
    • Directs and manages casino supervisors/managers responsible for the management and support of the table games staff
    • Works with VP of Marketing to ensure that the strategic objectives align with both the overall business plan and with the value proposition being presented to the market for guests
    • Monitors and analyzes forecasts, budgets, costs and operating results
    • Develop and create strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals
    • Partners with Player Development to establish and maintain contact with VIP players; participates in contacting inactive players; and participates in special events targeted at Table Games players

    Desired Qualifications


    • Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certification. (Nevada Gaming Control Board Gaming work Permit)
    • Experience in Resort and Gaming Industry
    • Seven to eight (7-8) years of table games experience
    • Bachelor’s degree or industry equivalence
    • Proven oral and written communication skills
    • Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with staff and partners
    • Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
    • Ability to successfully work to reach company goals in an environment in which a wide degree of creativity and latitude is required of this position
    • A valid Nevada Gaming License and Alcohol Awareness Card are required and must be obtained before entering this position
    • Must be 21 years of age or older
