  • Job Description

    Manage the slot operations staff on an assigned shift to deliver remarkable guest service experience in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures

    Job Focus

    Focus is on, but not limited to the following:


    • Manages and directs the Slot Department staff during day to day operations
    • Responsible for the administration of the shift to include scheduling, daily work assignments and approval of vacation requests
    • Ensures excellence in guest service through training and the development of the slot personnel
    • Evaluate staff and provide direction to improve performance, corrective coaching and counseling
    • Guest relations and dispute resolution
    • Supervises the slot personnel ensuring compliance with departmental and company policies
    • Ensures compliance with Gaming Regulations and Title 31 requirements
    • Ensures the accuracy and verification of all documentation as required within the slot department

    Desired Qualifications

    • Minimum of one (1) year Management experience in the Slot Department and three (3) years working for a Slot Department within a high-end luxury casino and resort
    • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
    • Knowledge of various types of slot machines including bill validators, printers and other related slot equipment is required
    • Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal forms
    • A professional demeanor and attire is to be maintained at all times
    • Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Ability to working independently with little to no supervision
    • Must be able to perform in a team environment
    • Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of staff and leadership
    • Must be exceptional in understating Title 31 Compliance laws
    • Previous experience in a high-end luxury Gaming or Hospitality environment is desired
    • Must have exceptional time management skills
    • An intermediate to proficient understanding of Computer systems such as: Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is preferred
    • Proven ability to resolve guest conflicts with ease or determine if management is needed in certain guest situations
    • A valid Nevada Gaming license is required and must be obtained before entering this position
    • Must be 21 years of age or older
