    Job Focus

    Focus is on, but not limited to the following:

    • Must love and support their TEAM!
    • Must love and take care of guests!

    • Server and refill waters, sodas, non-alcoholic beverages, etc accordingly, removes dirty dishes from tables
    • Ensure work area is in compliance with the Southern Nevada Heath District health codes at all times
    • Goes above and beyond to make each guest’s experience memorable
    • Prepare and delivers coffee to guests
    • Runs all food from the kitchen to assigned table station and other stations as needed
    • Knows all table and position numbers
    • Receives food and places hot food into warmers and cold food and salads into reach-ins
    • Keeps warmers/refrigerators clean throughout the shift
    • Ensures that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, professional, gracious service at all times
    • Anticipates guest needs, when possible, and provides extra items, drinks, and condiments to the table
    • Acts as liaison with support staff to ensure communication at all times about the wants and needs of the guest
    • Understands the order taken and any changes to the menu
    • Aware of all upcoming orders and status of tables expecting food
    • Ensures that dining room is supplied with appropriate and clean utensils, china, glassware, water, condiments, and anything else that is necessary
    • Assists the kitchen in expediting the service process in order to maintain the flow of service throughout the dining room
    • Keeps all stations stocked by polishing and distributing china, glassware, and silverware
    • Assists the Food Servers by cleaning and wiping down the tables
    • Assists guests with all requests in a friendly and humble manner
    • Performs all side work duties assigned and maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant
    • Keeps silverware polished
    • Shows respect to all fellow team members
    • Resets tables in a timely and efficient manner
    •  Performs all side work duties assigned and maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant
    • Ensures separation of china, glasses and silver into correct bus tubs
    • Ensures trays are kept level and not filled to overflowing with glassware and dishware
    • Ensures all machines are cleaned properly
    • Fold napkins when needed

    Desired Qualifications

    • Prefer one to three (1-3) years of experience in a high volume restaurant
    • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
    • Ability to obtain a valid Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card
    • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and remain calm in a very high paced and stressful environment and work well under pressure
    • Must have exceptional communication skills
    • Excels in a team environment
    • Prefer a minimum of six (6) months experience as a Food Runner
    • Must have an exceptional personality and hospitality driven attitude
    • Must be polished, professional, friendly, dynamic and able to multitask
    • Able to take initiative in a VIP driven and guest service focused environment
    • Maintains a "sense of urgency" attitude for the completion of responsibilities/tasks
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
    • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
