  • Job Description

    This position oversees the development, delivery and care of our Slot experience. 



    Job Focus

    Focus is on, but not limited to the following:

    • Responsible for directing and supervising slot operations staff.
    • Makes recommendations regarding machine moves, configurations, game adjustments and new game availability in order to consistently maximize the profitability of the slot floor.
    • Coordinates slot moves, modifications, upgrades and installations with vendors, regulatory agencies and support areas.
    • Establishes and implements service standards for the Gaming Department.
    • Monitors budget to ensure the department runs efficiently in order to achieve established fiscal and performance goals.
    • Conducts regular slot/video performance analysis to determine efficient machine mix and maximize profitability. 
    • Assists in the development, implementation and review of the slot product, ensuring integrity and product reliability
    • Maintains an effective control of parts inventories and repair expenditures. 
    • Responsible for regulatory, departmental and company policies.
    • Recommends changes to floor layout, mix and overall design.
    • Assists in proactive management of conversions and new slot units.
    • Maintains good relationships with vendors. 
    • Conducts effective analysis and reporting on slot products to maximize revenue and protect company assets.


    Desired Qualifications


    • Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certification. (Nevada Gaming Control Board Gaming work Permit)
    • Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
    • Work requires a minimum age of 21.
    • Work requires 5 years minimum Management experience in Resort and Gaming Industry.
    • Work requires flexibility to work various shifts.
    • Work requires Proficiency with Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Access).
    • Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with front of house casino systems.
    • Excellent communication skills, customer service and team oriented, self-starter, and professional maturity
    • Strong organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills and exhibit composure and professionalism while under pressure.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting constant deadlines and maintaining strong attention to details.
