  • Job Description

    Attracts and develops players, and ensures that their budgeted revenue and non-revenue goals are met. Responsible for following all company, department and gaming compliance procedures ensuring that legal regulations are being met at all times

    Job Focus

    Focus is on, but not limited to the following:

    • Meets quarterly goals, including those pertaining to revenue, filling special events, telemarketing efforts and profit
    • Develops new players, maintains existing players and services all VIP level casino guests
    • Manages his/her player database
    • Completes administrative duties for his/her department transactions
    • Cultivates new business
    • Provides full service to casino guests, on the property and through their communications with them
    • Assists in developing and implementing player development activities for assigned players
    • Conducts off-site events and promotional parties to maintain customer loyalty and to obtain new business when directed
    • Makes decisions regarding player comps and other incentives within guidelines established for position
    • Exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance
    • Other duties as assigned

    Desired Qualifications

    • Minimum of three (3) years of previous host experience in a Las Vegas Casino is preferred
    • At least three (3) years of Casino hosting experience or sales experience catering to high-end clientele
    • Must demonstrate excellent communication and guest service skills
    • Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal forms
    • A professional demeanor and attire is to be maintained at all times
    • Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Ability to working independently with little to no supervision
    • Must be able to perform in a team environment
    • Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of staff and leadership
    • Previous experience in a high-end luxury Gaming or Hospitality environment is desired
    • Must have exceptional time management skills
    • An intermediate to proficient understanding of Computer systems such as: Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is preferred
    • Must be proficient in the use of computer systems such as: Microsoft Office and Bally’s CMS
    • Proven ability to resolve guest conflicts with ease or determine if management is needed in certain guest situations
    • Previous experience working with casino and hotel operating systems such as: Bally’s, IGT, Opera
    • A valid Nevada Gaming license & Alcohol Awareness Card are required and must be obtained before entering this position
    • Must be 21 years of age or older
