    The Beverage Mangager is responsible for assisting  beverage team in their overall day-to-day operations. The Beverage Manager is additionally responsible for the efficiency of beverage service while ensuring that it adheres to the sbe standards. Beverage Managers must also maintain adequate inventory levels for the company's business volume.

    Job Focus

    Focus is on, but not limited to the following:


    • Monitors pouring techniques of bartenders and bar apprentices and addresses any discrepancies.
    • Trains, supervises, evaluates, and schedules employees within the beverage department.
    • Assists in maintaining standards of health, safety and sanitation.
    • Administers progressive discipline and attendance points according to company policy.
    • Works with Security department to ensure escalated issues are handled professionally.
    • Ensures guest satisfaction by resolving guest complaints and surpassing guest's expectations.

    Desired Qualifications

    • A minimum of 2 years experience in a bar, or restaurant.
    • Previous management experience in a high-volume venue preferred but not required.
    • Working knowledge of mixology, wines and all phases of beverage administration.
    • Strong guest service, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.
