  • Job Description

    As an integral part of the SLS Las Vegas marketing team this person will work closely with the Director of Marketing to lead the integrated communications strategy for the property to support marketing goals and initiatives

    Job Focus

    Focus is on, but not limited to the following:

    • Responsible for the execution all casino promotions and casino special events including drawings, giveaways and tournaments
    • Manage creative jobs through the project management site to ensure deadlines are met
    • Assist Director of Marketing with proofing monthly tier matrices and direct mail pieces
    • Responsible for proofing/building all MGT kiosk offers and drawings
    • Responsible for the creation of monthly promotional rules and fact sheets
    • Responsible for creating tournament rules, formats and fact sheets
    • Assists Players Club including communicating monthly promotions, scheduling, guest inquiries, etc.
    • Respond to any guest complaints/inquires in a timely manner
    • Oversee property signage including putting in creative jobs, ordering, putting out signage and making sure signage is down in a timely manner
    • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to create monthly email blast calendar and proof test email blasts
    • Create monthly to-do lists for the Special Events Coordinators and Players Club Manager
    • Create monthly schedule for Special Events Coordinators
    • Communicate all promotions to the appropriate department heads

    Desired Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is preferred
    • Five (5) or more years in progressive roles within a marketing function
    • Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.)
    • Excellent communication skills, customer service and team oriented self-starter, and professional maturity
    • Team orientation, basic influence and conflict management skills, and effective consulting and strategic skills
    • Strong organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills and exhibit composure and professionalism while under pressure
    • MGT Kiosks experience preferred
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting constant deadlines and maintaining strong attention to details
    • Required to have a Nevada Gaming License and Alcohol Awareness Card by time of hire
    • Must be 21 years of age or older
