    The Audio and Lighting Technician will be responsible for company assets within the Entertainment Department. They will be responsible for ensuring all concerts and live entertainment are properly planned and executed. It will be the Audio and Lighting Technician’s responsibility to supervise the operation and maintenance of all live sound and lighting systems throughout the property venue. They will be required to work both indoor and outdoor events and must be able to works in a fast paced, high stress, very physical environment.

    Job Focus

    Focus is on, but not limited to the following:

    • Works both indoor and outdoor events. Works in a fast paced, high stress, very physical environment
    • Execute all approved concerts and live show.
    • Assist in the development of design and production specifications of all concerts and live entertainment to ensure that a production schedule is maintained.
    • Establish schedules for routine and preventive maintenance of all audio and lighting equipment
    • Assist in ensuring all of the company owned equipment is properly maintained.
    • Assure the maintenance, working quality and upkeep of all audio and lighting equipment.

    Desired Qualifications

    • Experience installing, calibrating and operating digital and analog sound systems.
    • Component level understanding of all related communications and media devices.
    • Excellent manpower management and scheduling skills while adhering to property and client contractual requirements.
    • Installation experience while exhibiting a strong analytical skill and understanding of current media equipment and protocol.
    • Experience in Acoustic Analytical Operations Software including Smart Systems, Bose, Arta Labs Etc...
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills needed.
    • Must possess superb customer service and strong communication skills and the ability to creatively seek out and implement innovative solutions.
    • Must have ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of VP’s, Director's, Managers, Clients and Customers.
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, holidays, and split shifts as well as very early mornings and late nights.
    • Ability to lift 75 pounds, climb ladders, crawl under tables, etc. as this position can have physical demands.
