  • Job Description

    Responsible for the overall implementation and execution of all direct marketing initiatives, including direct mail, email, and web based marketing.  Role includes ownership and oversight of gaming systems and promotional setups, as well as reinvestment strategy.  Works under the direction of the VP of Marketing and Operations.

    Job Focus

    Focus is on, but not limited to the following:


    • Creates and monitors all direct marketing lists and other database reports and trends
    • Cultivates and develops new and existing customer accounts
    • Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and marketing analysis reports.
    • Works to increase year over year revenue for the Casino
    • Oversees and directs the settlement of customer requests relating to the database
    • Works closely with the Director of Casino Marketing and Player Development teams to ensure profitability and continuity with database programs.
    • Manages and creates pro-formas for special events and provides insight into trends and player opportunities
    • Assists with the development of promotional campaigns and casino events
    • Use existing databases to create reports and answer key questions about guest activity such as inquiries regarding demographics, profitability, program redemption, etc.
    • Assists in developing databases marketing plans and budgets.
    • Performs all other duties as assigned by the VP of Marketing and Operations

    Desired Qualifications


    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Information Technology and/or appropriate database marketing/casino experience; or, equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Five to seven (5-7) years of Database Casino Marketing experience preferably in the Las Vegas market
    • SQL Database environment experience required
    • SQL Management Studio experience preferred.
    • Prior knowledge of gaming systems preferred.
    • Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal forms
    • A professional demeanor and attire is to be maintained at all times
    • Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Ability to working independently with little to no supervision
    • Must be able to perform in a team environment
    • Ability to make presentations both written and oral.
    • Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of staff and leadership
    • Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
    • Must have exceptional time management skills
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and building complex formulas is required.
    • A valid Nevada Gaming license is required and must be obtained before entering this position
    • Must be 21 years of age or older
