The Telemarketing Specialist is predominantly responsible for making calls to guests of the casino and or hotel as directed by the Director of Casino Marketing and Administration. This position will work from lists provided to them and will have minimum daily call goals. The Telemarketing Specialist will be making calls to include but not limited to New Members, Inactive Members, Incliner/Decliner and Invited Guests for Special Events. Each call will have a specific goal but when talking with guests the Telemarketing Specialist will also verify that all account information is both correct and current. The Telemarketing Coordinator displays a strong understanding of all SLS Las Vegas Casino Marketing efforts and assists in promoting these initiatives.
