    How many bottles do you think will be stocked in all Mini Bars?  Does 55,158 bottles sound manageable?  If so, this position is for you!


    The Mini Bar Coordinator is responsible for resolving guest disputes and dispatching Mini Bar attendants to rooms based upon request.  Prepares charges for items used and issue refunds for items not consumed by guest.

    Job Focus

    Focus is on, but not limited to the following:

    • Must love and support their staff!
    • Must love and take care of guests!
    • Must say “yes” and “thank you” often!
    • Completes opening and closing inventory sheets
    • Anticipates guests’ needs, responds promptly and acknowledges all guests
    • Resolves guests complaints
    • Maintains complete knowledge of all items stocked in the Mini Bars
    • Abides by state liquor regulations
    • Operates and manages the P.OS. and manual systems
    • Generates and distributes charges for Mini Bars use in each guestroom
    • Handles inventory and requisition stock for carts
    • Requisitions all necessary supplies
    • Sets up cart; rotates dated products on the cart
    • Inspects the cleanliness and condition of the cart
    • Inputs reports into the P.O.S. system
    • Maintains complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment 
    • Completes all closing reports in the P.O.S. system
    • Dispatches guest requests to Mini Bar attendants
    • Responsible for monitoring the Mini Bar dispute account daily
    • Responsible for adjusting charges on guest folios

    Desired Qualifications

    • Must have an exceptional personality and hospitality driven attitude
    • Be polished, professional, friendly, dynamic, and able to multitask and take initiative in a VIP driven and guest service focused environment
    • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
    • Has great attention to detail, speed and accuracy
    • Has exceptional prioritizing, organizational and follow up skills
    • Understands guests’ service needs
    • Able to work with little supervision
    • Maintains confidentiality of guest information
    • Must have basic computer skills
    • Able to multi task
    • Able to communicate on the telephone and two-way radio
