Job Description

Manage Valet operations, ensuring that guest satisfaction exceeds expectations through providing a dynamic atmosphere and experience, while delivering profitable results to owners and investors

Job Focus

Focus is on, but not limited to the following:


  • Provides exceptional, courteous, friendly service to guests and associates that differentiates us from the competition
  • Assists guests promptly and courteously in valet check-in
  • Parks vehicles in designated areas in accordance with standard stacking procedures to maximize speed and efficiency of parking service
  • Retrieves vehicles from valet lot, in accordance with established safety guidelines
  • Promptly clears ramp area of cars to be parked
  • Presents a clean, neat and well-groomed appearance
  • Maintains a working knowledge of the facilities, as well as special events on property, in order to advise guests and fellow associate of same, whenever possible
  • Contact appropriate supervisor on guest related complaints
  • Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures
  • Provides exceptional service to guests and associate that differentiates us from the competition
  • Perform related duties as requested
  • Issue discipline and do daily payroll
  • Conduct pre-shifts and ensure fellow associates are informed of all current information
  • Ensure all workstations are fully stocked by conducting inventory checks
  • Ensure day-to-day valet operations are running efficiently, this includes ensuring associates arrive on time, monitoring associates breaks, and assigning tasks
  • Working closely with management to ensure proper staffing levels

Desired Qualifications

  • The ability to lead and work effectively with associates , other department associate, guests, and management
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Working knowledge in all aspects of Valet Department
  • Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well groomed manner
  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office and Outlook and valet parking software
  • Knowledge of pertinent laws and regulations impacting Valet Department including Guest Safety and OSHA 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • A valid Nevada Driver's License is required and must be obtained before entering this position
  • A valid Alcohol Awareness Card is required and must be obtained before entering this position
