The Sommelier is responsible for preparing wine and related service items for the restaurant(s). The Sommelier will interact with the guests throughout the meal answering questions about wine, making recommendations and serving wine and champagne. They will ensure the hotel wine stock is maintained at par levels and properly stored at all times.
