Job Description

Provide a supreme level of guest service, while proactively assessing each guest needs and adhering to all company and department policies and procedures. The job functions are (but not limited to) assisting guest via phone and in person regarding valet needs, guest inquiries, transportation assistance

Job Focus

Focus is on, but not limited to the following:


  • Provide exceptional, courteous, friendly service to guests and associates that differentiates us from the competition
  • Answer calls from hotel guests for the Front Services Department
  • Assign available Front Services Associate to appropriate locations
  • Scan valet tickets
  • Assist guest with missing ticket
  • Locate missing vehicles
  • Maintain ongoing efficiency and speed by utilizing proper dispatch procedures, as instructed
  • Contact appropriate supervisor on guest related complaints and special needs
  • Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures
  • Enter and maintain guest information in CVPS
  • Assist associates in the Front Services Department, and all departments as needed
  • Promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service
  • Perform related duties as requested efficiently, resourcefully with ability to multi-task with high volume

Desired Qualifications

  • The ability to lead and work effectively with Associate, guests, and management
  • Establishing, and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Working knowledge in all aspects of Front Services Department
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well groomed manner
  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Knowledge of pertinent laws and regulations impacting the Front Services Department including Guest Safety and OSHA
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Previous experience in a Front Services position is preferred
  • A minimum of one year customer service experience in a position where the primary job duty is direct customer contact or via phone
  • Must be able to obtain an Alcohol Awareness card
  • A valid Nevada Driver's License is required and must be obtained before entering this position 
  • Must be at least 21 years or older
